My Ration Zone is located at D 75 on the 3rd floor in Sector 10. Being on the third floor means we are constantly dealing with the logistics of getting goods up and down. We handle a lot of ration items and daily essentials that people need for their kitchens. It is a very hands-on job. Most of our day is spent checking stock, opening boxes, and making sure everything is stored properly. Sector 10 is a busy area and we have become a part of the local routine here. Our space is filled with bags of grains, pulses, and other household necessities. It isn't a fancy supermarket with shiny floors. It’s more of a functional warehouse and distribution point where we keep things moving. We do a lot of heavy lifting and the work can be quite tiring, especially when the weather is hot. We try to keep things simple and honest. If we have something in stock, we tell you, and if we don't, we let you know when it might arrive. We don’t use any complicated software to track things, just some basic ledgers and our own memory of where everything is placed. The stairs can be a bit of a climb if the lift is acting up, but we are used to it. It’s just us doing what we need to do to keep the supplies ready for whoever needs them. We usually start quite early to beat the heat.
