A A Ro System

A A Ro System is located on the 2nd Floor of D 138 in Sector 10. Being on the second floor means we have to carry a lot of heavy filters and pump parts up the stairs, which is quite the workout every day. Our space is mostly taken up by workbenches and boxes of spare parts for water purification systems. It’s not a very big place, so we have to keep everything tucked away in bins to make sure we have enough room to move around. We spend a lot of time testing valves and making sure the membranes are clean. It’s quiet work mostly, punctuated by the sound of water running through the test pipes. Since we are in Sector 10, we get a lot of local people dropping by to ask questions about their home systems. We don’t have a salesperson, so whoever is closest to the door just stops what they are doing to help out. The lighting in the shop is a bit dim, but we have some bright lamps over the benches where we do the fine work. It’s a bit cluttered with half-finished units and old tools, but we know where everything is. We don’t bother with fancy uniforms or polished floors. We are just a small group of guys who know a lot about water filters and how to keep them running properly.
