B. R. Pouch Packing Machines Pvt. Ltd. operates out of C- 22/ 15, and it is a pretty straightforward setup we have here. We deal with pouch packing machines, so there are always various parts and tools scattered across the old metal workbenches. It might look a bit messy to someone walking in from the outside, but we know exactly where every bolt and wrench is kept. Most of our day is spent puttering around with gears, motors, and steel frames. It takes a lot of patience to get these machines running just right before they leave the shop. We aren't a huge company with hundreds of employees; we are just a small team of mechanics and builders who like working with our hands. We like it that way because we can actually talk to each other directly without having to send emails back and forth. When someone has a problem with a machine, we just huddle around it until we figure out what’s wrong. It is practical, hands-on work. Sometimes we stay late to finish a build for a customer, and other times things go smooth and we head home on time. There is no corporate dress code here; we wear what is comfortable and what we don't mind getting a bit of grease on. The office is just a desk in the corner with a phone that rings more than it probably should. We just focus on building things that actually work.
