You can find us over at D-10 in Sector 3 of Noida. It’s an older part of the industrial sector and it feels like it. We have been working out of this building in Uttar Pradesh for a good while. The work here is mostly about tiny components and circuit boards. You need steady hands and decent eyesight to get through the day. We sit at these long benches with soldering irons and magnifying glasses. It’s quiet most of the time because everyone is concentrating on what they are doing. In the summer, the heat in Noida is really something, so we try to keep the coolers running as much as possible. We aren't a massive factory, just a group of people who know their way around electronics. There is always a smell of hot solder in the air. Sometimes we run into issues with a batch of parts and have to spend the whole afternoon troubleshooting. We have our lunch together in a small break room. It’s a lot of repetitive work but it needs to be done right. The area outside is always busy with people going to the metro or grabbing street food. We just stick to our corner of the sector and get our orders out. It’s not a flashy place, just a lot of grey desks and green boards.
