Schenck Rotec (India) Ltd

Our facility is over at Plot No. A5 in Sector 81, Phase 2. It’s a fairly large plot compared to some of the smaller shops around, which gives us the room we need for the balancing and diagnostic work we do. Sector 81 is a dedicated industrial zone, so it’s surrounded by other companies and big warehouses. Even though we are part of a larger name like Schenck Rotec (India) Ltd, the day-to-day feel here at Plot A5 is just about getting the work out the door. The technicians are usually focused on their machines, and there is a lot of concentration required for what we do. It’s not the kind of place where you’ll find a lot of idle chat. The building itself is functional and built for the heavy equipment we house. We have some green space around the plot, though it’s mostly just grass and some bushes that we try to keep tidy. The morning commute into Phase 2 can be a bit of a headache with all the workers arriving at once, but once we are inside the gates, it’s all about the tasks at hand. We have our loading bays and our staging areas all set up to keep things moving as smoothly as possible. It is a busy environment, and while we keep things professional, it’s still a place where people work hard and get their hands dirty when they need to.
