Schenck Rotec India Ltd is located over in Sector 81, Phase II, at Plot A 5. It’s an industrial area, so there’s always trucks and deliveries moving around. We’ve been operating from this building for quite some time. It’s a large space because the machines we work with take up a lot of room. Mostly, the focus here is on balancing and the technical parts that go into industrial setups. The team shows up early, and the workshop floor gets going pretty quick. It’s not the kind of place where you’ll find a lot of decorations. It is a working environment, plain and simple. We have our desks and our assembly areas set up in a way that works for us. Sector 81 is a bit out of the main city rush, which helps when we have big shipments coming in or going out. Sometimes the power cuts out or the roads get a bit dusty, but we just deal with it and keep the projects moving. We don't have a big marketing team writing stuff for us. We just focus on the machines and making sure the parts are right. It’s steady work. Most of the guys here have been doing this for years, so we have a routine that we stick to. If you come by, you’ll see it’s a lot of metal, grease, and heavy lifting. That's just a normal day for everyone at this address.
