We've been here in Noida for a while now. It's usually pretty busy around the office. Most mornings, you'll see people coming in with their coffee or tea, just trying to get the day started before the rush hits. It’s not a fancy place where everyone wears suits all the time. We just get the work done. Some days are quieter than others, especially when it’s raining hard outside and the roads get a bit messy. You might find us talking about some new piece of technology or just figuring out how to fix a logistics issue that popped up overnight. It's a lot of sitting at desks and looking at screens, to be honest. We have our routines. Lunchtime usually involves some of us heading out to find something quick to eat nearby. The Noida heat can be a bit much in the summer, but the air conditioning keeps us going. We deal with various things throughout the week, mostly just keeping things moving for the company. It’s a job like any other, but we take it seriously enough. Sometimes we stay late when there’s a big project, other times we’re out the door right at five. It's just how it goes here. There’s a lot of talk about targets and numbers, but mostly it’s just people trying to do a good job so they can go home and relax. We know our way around the area well by now.
