This is our place in Behror, located out in Shakti Vihar Colony. The address is 18/197 and if you live in this part of Alwar, you probably know the street already. It is not a huge fancy store like the ones you see in the big cities. It is just us here, dealing with the daily stuff that comes up. We spend a lot of time on the phone or talking to folks who stop by with questions. The office is very plain with some basic chairs for people to sit while they wait for us. Sometimes the power goes out and we just have to sit there and wait for it to come back on. That is just how life is here. We are not corporate types who wear suits every day. Most of the time, we are in regular clothes just trying to fix problems or get the orders sorted out. It is dusty outside because of the roads, but we try to keep the inside as clean as possible. We have been at this location for a while. It is a familiar routine every morning—open the doors, check what needs doing, and get started. We do not have any big slogans or anything. We just know about the products and try to help people out. It is a small team so we all know each other well.
