Samaih International Builders Pvt. Ltd. is based out of Sector-71 in Noida. You can find us at Janta Flat D-9/15. It’s a pretty straightforward setup we have here. We do building work and manage projects from this small office. Noida has changed a lot lately, but we’ve stayed put in this spot. It’s not a huge office building, just a regular flat where we keep our files and meet up before heading out to sites. Some days it’s quiet and other days it’s a bit chaotic with everyone coming and going. We’ve been part of the local scene for a bit now. If you are looking for us, just head into Sector-71 and look for the Janta Flats. People usually know where the D-9 block is. We don’t really go in for big signs or loud advertising. We just focus on the construction jobs we have on hand. It’s a simple way of doing things, but it works for us. We drink a lot of tea and spend a lot of time on the phone. That’s just how it is. Being in Noida gives us a good base to reach different areas. We’ve got our routine down. It’s just a handful of us making sure everything gets built the way it’s supposed to. We keep things grounded and don't try to be something we aren't. We just like building things and staying busy in this part of town.
