SAIGON TRADERS AND CONTRACTORS

We set up SAIGON TRADERS AND CONTRACTORS at D-25 A/B in Sec-49 a few years back. It’s a decent area, though parking can be a bit of a nightmare during the middle of the week. We handle a lot of different projects, so our desks are usually covered in blueprints and old coffee mugs. It’s not the cleanest office you’ll ever see, but we get things done. Being a contractor means you’re always on the phone or out at a site somewhere. We rarely have the whole team in the office at the same time. The walls are a bit thin, so we hear everything happening next door, but you get used to it. Most of our work comes from people who heard about us from someone else. We don’t really do ads. It’s just too much trouble. We focus on the jobs we have in front of us. Some days are long, especially when a deadline is coming up fast. We’ve had some rough patches where things didn't go as planned, but that’s just part of the industry. You learn from the mistakes and move on to the next task. It’s a local business through and through. We know the guys at the tea stall around the corner and the delivery drivers. We’ve been in Sec-49 long enough that it feels like home now. It’s just us doing what we know how to do every day.
