S Kumar Enterprises

We operate our business out of Flat No 102 in the Cape Town Gold complex, which is over in Sector 74. It is a bit different from most businesses because we are located right inside the residential area near the large North Eye building. It makes the whole workday feel a bit more relaxed and quiet than being in a crowded commercial hub downtown. S Kumar started this enterprise as a simple way to manage business things locally. We deal with various services and keeping everything organized is our main job every day. The office is basically just a modified apartment space, so it feels comfortable and a bit like home. We see a lot of the same faces walking their dogs or heading over to the local shops while we are busy working. It is a nice, friendly community to be a part of. We don't have a big staff of employees, just enough people to keep the daily operations running as they should. Most of the time, it is just us handling the paperwork and making the necessary phone calls. We don't have any grand mission statements or confusing corporate rules. We just try to be helpful and stay on top of all the work that comes in. If you are living in the complex, you probably already know exactly where we are located. It is a very straightforward business and we like keeping things that way. We don't need a lot of space to do it.
