Rollsking is tucked away in Savitri Market over in Sector 18. We’re at shop G-24 A. If you know the market, you know it can be a bit of a maze, but we’ve been here long enough that most people can find us. It’s a small shop, honestly. We don’t have room for a lot of extras, so we just focus on the kitchen and the counter. Sector 18 is always buzzing with people, especially in the evenings when everyone is out looking for a bite to eat. We spend a lot of time prepping everything before the rush starts. It’s just a few of us working here, so it gets pretty busy. We don’t have a marketing team or a bunch of corporate people telling us what to do. We just do things our own way. Some days the weather is too hot or the market is too crowded, but we stay open regardless. The shop at G-24 A has been our home for a while now. We’ve gotten to know the other vendors in Savitri Market pretty well. It’s a hardworking place. We don’t try to sound fancy or use big words to describe what we do. We just make the food and hand it over. It’s a simple business and we like the directness of it. We’re usually here until the market starts to quiet down for the night.
