Rishav Shelters Pvt. Ltd.

We are based out of Parmod Kumar’s house over in Block L of Pratap Vihar. It is house number 444, so it is pretty easy to find if you are coming through Ghaziabad. We have been working from here for a bit now, just handling the shelter projects and making sure the paperwork gets done right. It is not a big fancy office or anything like that, just a regular place where we sit down and look at plans. Some days are quieter than others. Usually, you will find a couple of us here drinking tea and sorting through files or talking to people who drop by. We started Rishav Shelters because there was work to be done and we had the space to do it. The neighborhood is mostly quiet, which helps when we need to focus on the technical bits of the job. We don’t really do much advertising or anything flashy. Most people just know where we are if they need to talk about a project or check on some documents. It is a local operation, and we like keeping it that way because it keeps things simple and honest. If the door is open, someone is probably inside working on a layout or taking a phone call. We just try to get through the daily tasks without making too much of a fuss about it. That is how we have always run things here in Pratap Vihar and it works for us.
