Being in Shipra Suncity makes it a bit easier to manage because it's a known residential spot. We work out of this unit and it serves as a base for our local operations. It’s not a massive corporate tower, just a functional space where we handle our business. There’s usually a few of us here. We spend a lot of time dealing with local issues and paperwork. The address is quite easy to find once you get inside the Suncity gates. Sometimes the electricity in the area flickers, which is ironic considering what we do. We just keep our heads down and get the work done. The office has a bit of a lived-in feel to it. There are maps on the walls and stacks of documents on most of the desks. We don't have a fancy coffee machine, just a kettle in the corner. It’s a good spot for us because we can get to different parts of Ghaziabad fairly quickly from here. People drop by sometimes with questions about their service or bills, and we do our best to help them out. It’s a local operation and we like being part of the community here in Indirapuram. We just keep things moving along daily and try to stay organized.
