Reliance Energy Limited

We are situated on Harni Road in Baroda, Gujarat. Reliance Energy Limited has its office here, and it’s a pretty busy area. Harni Road always has a lot of traffic, especially with people heading towards the airport or the main markets. Our building is a simple structure that we’ve used for a long time. It isn't anything special to look at, just a place for us to do our work. Inside, we have our desks and some old computers. We spend our days looking at energy charts and handling customer files. The weather in Baroda is usually quite warm, so we keep the fans going. We don't have a big marketing department here. It’s just us, a small group of people who know how the local power grid works. We take our work seriously but we don't act like we’re in a big corporate movie. We drink a lot of tea and talk about the local news during our breaks. The office is often full of papers and maps of the city. We try to keep things in order, but it’s a lot of data to manage. People from the neighborhood stop by sometimes with questions about their service. We do what we can to help them out without making things too complicated. It’s a steady, honest living here in Gujarat. We have been part of this street for years and we know the rhythms of the place. It's just home for us now.
