Our place is over in the UPSIDC Industrial Area at Site-B, specifically unit B-2/7 in Surajpur. Being in an industrial zone means we are surrounded by factories and warehouses. It is a large, open space where we handle packaging materials. There’s usually a lot of noise from the machines and the forklifts moving pallets around. We spend our days managing stock and making sure the packing lines are moving correctly. It can get pretty dusty and hot in the summer, but that is just part of being in this area. We have a small office section where we handle the billing and the orders, but most of the action happens on the floor. We are not a fancy corporate office. We wear work clothes and do not mind getting our hands dirty. The trucks come in and out all day long, so there is always a bit of a rush to get everything loaded. We have been operating out of Surajpur for quite a while and we know the layout well. It is a lot of physical work and keeping an eye on the details. We do not have a lot of decorative stuff on the walls. It is all about utility and getting the job done. We just keep our heads down and focus on making sure the supplies get where they need to go. It is a straightforward business for us.
