Rcs Impex Pvt. Ltd is located at A-12/A in Sector 58. If you know this area, you know it is mostly warehouses and small office blocks. We have a modest space here that serves as both our administrative office and a bit of a storage area for the things we are moving. Import and export work involves a lot of paperwork and even more waiting around for shipments to clear, so our desks are usually covered in forms and manifests. It’s not a glamorous job, but someone has to do it. We have a small crew that handles the logistics and makes sure the goods get where they are going. The building itself is pretty plain, just a grey structure among many others in the sector. We don't have a big sign out front, just enough for the delivery drivers to find us. Inside, it’s usually a mix of phone calls and people checking tracking numbers on their computers. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic when three shipments arrive at the same time, and we all have to jump in to help out. We’ve been in this sector for a while now and have seen the neighborhood change quite a bit. It’s a practical location for us since it’s easy for the trucks to get in and out. We don’t really do much in the way of public relations; we just focus on the logistics of moving products from one place to another without too many delays or complications.
