Our office is located at Rc-268 in Khora Colony, which is over in the Deepak Vihar area of Ghaziabad. We are quite close to Singhal Tower, so that's usually the landmark we tell people when they are trying to find us. It’s a busy neighborhood, always something going on outside the door. Rakesh Kumar started this place a long time ago. We mostly deal with local folks who live around here. The office isn't very large, just enough room for some desks, chairs, and a lot of paper files. You know how it is with this kind of work, there’s always a form to fill or a document to check. We don't have a big team, just a few of us who have been working together for years. We know the shortcuts around Ghaziabad and the local problems people face. Some mornings start slow with tea, and then by afternoon, it’s a bit of a rush. We don't have a fancy website or a marketing person. Most people just walk in because they saw the name plate or a friend told them where we are. It gets a bit dusty with the traffic nearby, but we keep the place as clean as we can. We try to be helpful to whoever walks through the door. It’s just a regular local business trying to get things done every day without too much fuss or complications.
