Rai Cctv & Services is our small workshop at A-24 in Sector-73. It’s a simple place where we focus on CCTV cameras and getting them to work right. Most of the time, the workbench is covered in disassembled cameras and little circuit boards. We have various tools scattered around, like screwdrivers and testers. People in the sector know us for fixing things that others might just throw away. It’s a practical job. We spend a lot of time on ladders or looking at wiring diagrams. Sometimes a customer brings in a system that’s been hit by lightning, and we have to see if anything is salvageable. The office isn't very big, just enough for the gear and a place to sit. It’s quiet in this part of Sector-73 compared to the main roads. We don't have a big team, just a couple of us who know how the systems operate. We keep a stock of different cables and power supplies in the back. Usually, there’s a pot of tea on the small side table. We don't use fancy manuals; we just know how the hardware fits together after years of doing it. If a camera stops showing a picture, we’re the ones people call. It’s basic, local service for the folks around here. We just try to keep everyone’s equipment running without any fuss.
