You can find us in Sector 8, at F-53 on the second floor. It’s a typical commercial sector, so there’s a lot of concrete and other small businesses around us. We don't have a lift, so if you're coming to see us, you’ll have to walk up two flights of stairs. It’s good for the legs, I suppose. Our office at Process Marketing & Services is just a basic workspace. We’ve got some desks, a couple of filing cabinets that are overstuffed, and a printer that occasionally decides not to work. We handle marketing and various services for our clients, which involves a lot of time on the phone and sending out emails. We’re a small team, and we all know each other’s business, so it’s a bit like a family here. We don't use any fancy jargon or try to sound like a big multinational firm. We’re just local people trying to provide a good service. The office can get a bit loud when we’re all on calls at the same time, but we manage. Lunchtime is usually a break where we talk about anything but work. We’ve been in this sector for a while and have seen businesses come and go, but we’ve managed to stick around by just being practical and keeping our costs low. It’s nothing fancy, but it works for us. We just focus on getting through the tasks we have each day and making sure the paperwork is done.
