Our unit is located in the Noida Special Economic Zone, Phase-II. We go by Price Buckland (India) Pvt. Ltd. You can find us at SDF No G-7 and 8. It’s a large industrial area, so there are always trucks moving and people going to work. Inside our unit, it’s mostly about the machines and the production line. We deal with a lot of fabric and garments. The space is functional. We don't have any fancy decorations in the workspace. It’s all about the tables, the sewing machines, and the stacks of finished goods. Working in the SEZ means there are a lot of rules to follow, so we stay busy with that too. We have a good group of people here. Most of us live nearby in Noida or Greater Noida. The commute can be long, but the work is steady. We don't spend time on big marketing speeches. We just look at the samples and make sure the quality is what it should be. The noise of the machines is something you get used to after a while. We have our lunch in the common area and talk about our families. It’s a very practical environment. We focus on meeting our deadlines every week. It’s hard work, but it’s what we do. The shift ends at a set time and then we head home to rest. Tomorrow we do it all over again. It’s just how factory life goes in the city.
