Being located in Sector 49 of Noida near the Baroula area means we are right in the middle of everything. Premier Irrigation Adritec Pvt. Ltd is situated close to the New Bal Bharti Public School so we hear the school bells and the kids playing every afternoon. It’s a busy part of town and the dust from the roads is something we just deal with every day. Our warehouse is full of pipes and irrigation parts that we ship out to different places across the region. It’s not the cleanest work but it’s practical and keeps us on our toes. The office is usually a bit of a mess with blueprints and delivery notes scattered around the desks. We have a small staff and we all end up doing a bit of everything, whether it's answering the phone or helping load a truck. The Noida heat in the summer is no joke so we try to get the heavy lifting done early in the morning when it's cooler. We don't really have a big corporate handbook or anything like that. We just know what needs to be done and we do it. It’s a straightforward business and we mostly deal with people who just want their irrigation systems to work without any trouble. We've been in this spot for a while and the locals know us as the place near the school. It’s a decent place to work and we are happy to be part of the community here in UP India.
