We are located in Janakpuri at the West End Mall, specifically at UG 5 in Janak Place. Being inside a mall is a bit different from the street-side shops. We get a mix of people—some who are just wandering around and others who come specifically for what we have. Our store focuses on everyday items that people need for their households. We try to keep things organized on the shelves, but during the weekend rush, it can get a bit messy. The mall environment means we have to follow certain rules about timings and displays, but inside the shop, it’s just us. We’ve been here since the mall was quite new. It’s interesting to see how the shopping habits of people in Janakpuri have changed over the years. We aren't a big chain; we are a local business that just happens to be in a larger complex. Sometimes the air conditioning in the mall is too cold, and other times it’s not enough, but we manage. We don't spend money on big ads or fancy slogans. We just focus on stocking the things our regular customers ask for. It’s a lot of manual work, checking boxes and updating the prices. We like the buzz of Janak Place. It’s a good spot to be, and we plan on staying here for a long time. It’s a simple business model that works for us and the people who shop here.
