Phoenix Lamps Ltd

We are located at 59-A inside the NSEZ in Noida Phase-II. If you have ever been to the Special Economic Zone, you know how it is with the security gates and the long roads between the different blocks. It takes a few minutes just to get through the main entrance and find our building. The area is very industrial and organized, which is a bit different from the chaotic streets in the rest of Noida. At Phoenix Lamps Ltd, our space is mostly dedicated to the actual work, so the office part is quite basic. We have the usual desks, some whiteboards with notes scribbled on them, and a corner for the water cooler. The air conditioning works hard during the summer months because it gets incredibly hot out here. Lunch breaks usually involve walking to one of the small stalls nearby or just eating at the desks. The walls are mostly bare, except for a few calendars and safety notices. It’s a very functional atmosphere. You don’t see many people wandering around outside during the day because everyone is busy inside their respective units. It’s a long commute for some of the staff, but the site itself is well-situated for what we need. It’s just a standard industrial setup where we come to do our bit every day without any fuss or unnecessary distractions. Sometimes we stay late when there is a lot to finish, but that is just part of the job here.
