PHEON AUTO TECH PVT LTD is located at Plot No 9 in Sector 90. It’s a newer area compared to some of the old industrial hubs, but it’s growing fast. We do a lot of work related to automotive technology. It’s mostly about parts and making sure things are built to the right specs. The building at Plot 9 is pretty basic, just a lot of space for the equipment and the teams. We aren't interested in making things look fancy for visitors. We’re more worried about the quality of the tech we’re putting out. The commute out here to Sector 90 can be a bit of a trek for some of the staff, but we’ve got a good routine going. There’s a lot of dust from all the construction nearby, so we have to keep the shop floor as clean as we can. It’s a lot of hard work and long hours sometimes. We don't have a big mission statement on the wall or anything. We just want to get the orders right so the customers come back. It’s a straightforward business. We show up, work on the auto tech stuff, and keep the machines running. That’s about all there is to it. Sometimes the coffee in the breakroom is terrible, but the work is what keeps us here. We’re just a bunch of people trying to do a good job in a growing area.
