Pawar Brick Field

Pawar Brick Field is sitting on Plot No. D-11 in Sector 49, over in Shatabdi Enclave. If you are looking for us, just find the Hanuman Murti because we are quite close to that landmark. The field is a large open space where we keep all the supplies. It is mostly dirt and grass, and it gets quite muddy when the rains come through this part of the sector. We have a small shed where we sit when the sun gets too hot. Most of the day is spent checking the stacks and talking to the laborers who are moving the bricks around. It is a quiet enough spot until the big trucks start rolling in to pick up their loads. We see a lot of the same faces every week, mostly local contractors from around the enclave. There is a certain way you have to stack the bricks so they don't fall over, and we spend a lot of time fixing piles that look a bit lean. It is not an easy job, especially with the dust that blows around. My boots are always covered in red dust by the time I head home. We don't do much marketing or anything; people just know we are here near the statue. We just keep an eye on the stock and make sure there is enough for whoever shows up. It is a practical business without any frills.
