L. S. Overseas

We are L. S. Overseas, located on the first floor in the Fie area of Patparganj, Delhi. Being in an industrial area like this means there is always noise from the nearby units and trucks moving around constantly. Our office is fairly basic—just some desks, a few chairs for visitors, and stacks of ledgers. We don’t really go for anything fancy because we’d rather focus on getting the exports out on time. The stairs up to the first floor are a bit steep and the lighting in the hallway isn't the best, but once you’re inside, it’s just a normal workspace. We deal with a lot of different overseas clients, so the hours can be a bit strange depending on who we need to talk to. Some days we are here early, other days we stay late into the night. It’s not a perfect system, but it’s how we manage to keep everything running. We don't use a lot of big words or marketing talk because that’s not who we are. We are just local people who know the export trade inside and out. There’s always someone drinking tea and talking about the latest shipping rates. We’ve been here in Patparganj for a long time and we know the rhythms of the place. It’s just where we work and how we get things done. We don't have a big sign outside, just a small one on the door so people know they’re in the right place. It’s worked for us so far, so we see no reason to change anything.
