So, we are located at C-101 in Alpha 1, which is in Greater Noida. It’s part of the Gautam Budh Nagar district in UP. The office is easy to find if you know the Alpha 1 area well. We work under the name Parasvnath Developers Ltd. It’s mostly about building things and handling property papers. The office gets a lot of people coming in to ask about plots or flats. Greater Noida is growing so fast, sometimes it’s hard to keep track of all the new roads and buildings popping up around us. We have a couple of desks and a lot of files. The tea guy comes around twice a day and that’s usually when we take our break and talk about nothing in particular. It’s a professional enough environment but we don't wear suits every day unless there's a big meeting. Usually, it’s just trousers and shirts. We’ve been at C-101 for some time. The walls could probably use a new coat of paint, but we are usually too busy to bother with that. Outside, the traffic in Alpha 1 can get a bit loud during the evenings. We just keep the door shut and focus on the work. We aren't a massive corporate office with hundreds of people here, just a dedicated group. It’s a practical place for practical work. We know the local area quite well since we spend most of our lives here working.
