Overdrive Electronics Pvt Ltd is based out of B-24 in the Hosiery Complex over in Ph-2 Noida Ex. It’s an interesting area with a lot of different businesses around. Our spot is usually filled with the sound of equipment and people talking. We don't really do the whole polished corporate image. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we are too busy to worry about that. Most of our time is spent looking at parts and making sure the assembly is moving. It gets pretty frantic around the end of the month. Everyone knows their role, so we don't need much supervision. We eat lunch together most days at the small table near the window. The traffic in Noida Ex can be a pain, but we've learned the shortcuts. It’s a straightforward operation we’ve got going here. We don't have a fancy website or a big marketing team. It’s just a bunch of us in a warehouse-style space. Sometimes we stay late when there’s a lot to catch up on. It’s not always easy, but it’s what we do. We’ve been at this address for a while and the neighbors are alright. We just keep our heads down and handle the electronics stuff day by day. There is always a stack of boxes near the entrance. We try to keep things moving so nothing stays sitting for too long.
