You can find us right across from Fortis Hospital in Sector-63. We are on the ground floor of building C-270. It is a practical location because people can find us easily when they have issues with their water. We deal with RO systems all day long. The shop is full of filters, pipes, and spare tanks. It gets a bit wet sometimes when we are testing the machines, but that is just part of the job. We spend a lot of time out on service calls, going to people's houses to fix their units. When we aren't out, we are here in the shop assembling parts or talking to customers who walk in. The water around here isn't always very good, so there is always some work to do. We don't have a big marketing budget or a fancy website to show off. We just answer the phone and go where we are needed. Sometimes a repair takes ten minutes, and other times it takes two hours because the machine is old and stubborn. We keep a lot of spare parts in the back so we don't have to wait for new deliveries. It is a straightforward business. We aren't trying to be anything we aren't. We just want the machines to work so people have clean water to drink at home. It is busy, it is a bit messy, and it keeps us on our feet from the morning until the evening.
