Ojas Agro Pack Pvt. Ltd. is situated in Phase II at B-192A. It’s an industrial spot where there is always a lot of movement and noise from the other units nearby. We focus on packaging agricultural goods, so the warehouse is usually filled with large sacks and boxes waiting to be filled or shipped out. There is a steady hum from the machinery we use to seal the bags. It’s not the quietest place to work, but we are used to it. The floor is often covered in a bit of dust from the grains or whatever we happen to be packing that week. We have a small office area tucked into one corner where the computer and the files are kept. Most of our staff lives close by and they have been with us for several years now. We don't have a big sign on the front, just the plot number on the gate. If you are coming to visit, you have to look for the large blue door. Sometimes the trucks get backed up in the lane outside, so loading can be a bit of a challenge. We mostly work during the daylight hours and close up once the final orders are packed and ready for the morning pickup. It is a straightforward business and we don't try to make it more complicated than it needs to be. We just make sure the packing is done right so the product stays safe.
