Our setup is located at B-701 in the Park View Apartments in Sector 61, Noida. It is a bit unusual because it is an apartment building, but that is just how we operate in this part of Uttar Pradesh. Being in Noida means we are surrounded by high-rises and constant construction work. The traffic in Sector 61 can be a real headache during the morning rush, so most of us try to get into the office a bit early. The space itself feels more like a home than a corporate headquarters. We have desks set up where there used to be a dining area or a bedroom. It is practical for us because it keeps the overhead low and allows us to focus on the Ntpc Ltd tasks we have. We do not have any flashy signs out front. If you did not know the exact address, you might just walk right past the building. Inside, it is mostly just the sound of typing and the occasional phone ringing. We handle a lot of the regional coordination from this spot. The weather in Noida is either really dusty or really humid, so we keep the windows shut most of the time to keep the electronics clean. We are not interested in making a big impression with fancy furniture or expensive rugs. We just want a quiet space to get the filing done and make sure the accounts are right. It is a very normal way to run things.
