NPG INDIA EXIM PVT. LTD. is tucked away on the 3rd floor of A-36 in Sector-10. Being on the top floor means we get a bit more quiet than the street level, which is nice. We handle a lot of import and export stuff, so there’s always paperwork piled up on the desks. It’s a small office, but it fits us just fine. We have a few computers and some filing cabinets that have seen better days. The view from the window isn't much, just other buildings and the road below. We spend most of our time on the phone or tracking shipments. It’s a lot of coordination. Sometimes things get delayed at the port, and those are the stressful days. But mostly, we just keep a steady rhythm. We aren't a huge firm, just a dedicated group of people. We’ve been in this Sector-10 spot for a while and the neighbors are alright. It’s easy to grab tea downstairs when we need a break. If you come to see us, you’ll have to walk up a few flights if the power is out, but that’s just part of being here. We don't go for anything flashy. We just focus on moving goods and making sure the numbers add up at the end of the month. It's hard work but it keeps us busy and the business going.
