Noida Paints & Hardware Pvt Ltd is situated at C-48 Sector 9. Being in Sector 9, there is always a lot of movement and noise around us. Our shop is a practical place. We don’t have any fancy decorations or a showroom feel. It’s just a lot of hardware and paint supplies packed into the space we have. Sometimes it’s hard to walk through the aisles because of all the new stock we’ve brought in. We have been here for quite some time now. Most of the people working here have been around for years, so they know exactly where everything is kept. We don't do any big advertisements or have a marketing team. Most people just find us because they live or work nearby. We deal with all kinds of folks, from people fixing a leaky tap to builders doing a whole house. We don’t have any formal uniforms. We just wear what’s comfortable for moving heavy cans and boxes. The floor is concrete and can get a bit messy, but we try to sweep up when we can. It’s a busy environment. We don’t use any complicated systems. We just handle the customers one by one as they come in. It’s a straightforward business and we just do our best to stay organized. We like being part of the Sector 9 community.
