We spend a lot of time here at C-150 in Sector-63. Noida can get really hot in the summer months, but the workshop floor stays busy anyway. It’s mostly just the sound of metal and people moving parts around all day. We’ve been at this spot for a while now. The street outside usually has trucks coming and going, mostly because there are so many other factories around this part of Noida. Inside Noida Fabcon Machines Pvt. Ltd, things are pretty straightforward. We have the office upstairs and the heavy stuff happens downstairs. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait for the backup generator to kick in, which is just how it goes here. There’s a tea stall just a short walk away where most of us go around four in the afternoon. You see the same faces every day, which is nice. We aren't a huge corporate office with glass walls; it’s more about the actual work on the machines. Some days are louder than others, especially when we are testing something new for a client. The floor is usually covered in some kind of dust or metal shavings by the end of the shift. We clean it up and start again the next morning. It’s a decent place to work, and we know most of the neighbors on this block. Not much changes in Sec-63, just the traffic getting a bit worse every year. We just keep our heads down and get the machines ready.
