Noida Fabcon Machines (P) Ltd.

Our workshop is located at C-150 in Sector-63, Noida. This part of Gautam Budh Nagar is full of factories and units just like ours, so the sound of metal hitting metal is something you hear all day long. At Noida Fabcon Machines, we spend our time around heavy equipment and various spare parts. The floor is usually covered in a bit of dust or metal shavings, no matter how much we try to sweep it up. It’s a place where we do a lot of assembly and testing of the units. Some of the guys have grease on their hands most of the day, and that’s just the way it is when you’re building machines. We have a small office section, but most of the real activity happens out on the floor. It can get quite noisy when the bigger machines are running. We drink a lot of chai to keep going, especially during the long afternoons. Dealing with suppliers and getting the right materials delivered on time is probably the hardest part of the job. Sometimes a part doesn't fit right and we have to go back and fix it. We don't use big words to describe what we do. We just make things that work and try to get them shipped out to the customers without too much fuss. It’s hard work, but it’s what we know. We have been here for a while now. It feels like home most of the time for us.
