Our office is in the Noida Special Economic Zone, specifically at Sdf E-17. It’s off the Noida Dadri Road in Phase-Ii. Getting through the gates can be a bit of a process with all the security checks, but once you’re inside, it’s a pretty standard place to work. We’ve got our setup here for electronics work. It’s not some high-tech futuristic lab; it’s mostly just desks, computers, and people trying to get things finished on time. The building itself has seen better days, but it’s sturdy and keeps the rain out. We spend a lot of time on our feet or hunched over boards. It’s quiet work for the most part. We don't have a big marketing budget or a team of people trying to sell you things you don't need. We just fulfill the requirements that come our way. Lunch breaks are usually spent sitting outside if the weather is nice, or just at our desks if we’re in a hurry. The area is full of other companies doing similar things, so there’s always a bit of a buzz in the air. We’ve been at this address for a long time and have seen many neighbors come and go. We stay focused on what’s in front of us. It’s a plain way of working, but it’s been working for us so far here at Nmtronics India. We just take it day by day.
