At Nitishree Infrastructure Ltd, we work out of C-7 Ashok Vatika Apartments in Lajpat Nagar, Sahibabad. Ghaziabad is a busy city, and Sahibabad is a major hub for a lot of trade and industry. Our office is inside the apartment complex, which makes it feel a bit more private. It’s not a huge space, but we have enough room for our small team to sit and go through all the project details. Being in an apartment means we have to be mindful of the neighbors, so we try not to make too much noise. Most of our day is spent on the phone or working through logistics for our various infrastructure jobs. We don't use a lot of fancy software; a lot of our notes are still kept in notebooks or on loose sheets of paper. It’s a very hands-on way to work. We don't have any missions written on the wall or big posters about being the best. We just know what our jobs are and we try to get them done without making a fuss. If something goes wrong, we sit down and figure out a fix. It’s honest work. Sometimes the traffic in Ghaziabad makes it hard for people to reach us on time, but that’s just life here. We’ve been in Ashok Vatika for a bit now, and it’s a comfortable place for us to focus on the projects we have in the pipeline.
