Nippun Industries

We are located over at D-360 in Sector-10, Noida, where we run Nippun Industries. This sector is a busy hub for manufacturing, and our unit fits right in with the others on the block. We do a lot of industrial production here, mostly focusing on metal parts and components. Our building is a simple structure with a heavy gate and a production floor that stays active throughout the day. It’s not a place for meetings in suits; it’s a place for work boots and overalls. The machines we use are old but reliable, and we maintain them ourselves for the most part. The morning shift starts early, and the sound of metal hitting metal is something we’ve all grown used to. We don't have a big HR team or a marketing wing. We just have a supervisor and a crew that knows their way around a lathe and a press. Sometimes the supply of raw material gets delayed, and we have to scramble to keep the schedule, but we always manage. There is a small park nearby where we sometimes sit for our lunch break to get away from the noise for a bit. We don't use any fancy words to describe what we do. We just make the parts, pack them into crates, and get them ready for the trucks. It’s honest, hardworking stuff, and we’ve been doing it at this same address for quite a few years now.
