NEOKRAFT GLOBAL PVT. LTD. is based out of 137 in the Noida Special Economic Zone, over in Phase-ll. Getting in and out of the SEZ involves some security checks at the gates, which can be a bit of a chore some days. Once you’re inside, it’s a whole different world of rows and rows of industrial units. Our place at 137 is where we spend our daylight hours. It’s a large enough space for our needs, though we always seem to be finding more things to fill it with. The atmosphere inside is usually quite focused. We aren't big on fancy meetings or long speeches. Most of us just sit at our stations and get on with things. You can hear the hum of the air conditioning and the occasional sound of someone moving equipment around. Phase-ll is quite a sprawling area, and it can be easy to get lost if you don't know the plot numbers. We’ve been here long enough to know the short cuts. The canteen nearby is where most of us end up for lunch, talking about everything except work. It’s a straightforward existence. We don't have a lot of bells and whistles. We just have a building in a busy zone where we do our thing. It’s a long commute for some, but once we’re here, we just focus on the task at hand until it's time to go.
