Ncpl Developers Pvt Ltd is based out of Raj Nagar in Ghaziabad. We’ve been working out of this area for quite some time now. It’s not a massive corporate headquarters, just a functional space where we get our planning done. We mostly work on local projects around Ghaziabad. Most of our day is spent either on the phone with suppliers or driving out to see how the work is progressing at various spots. It’s a lot of dusty shoes and long hours. We don’t really do the whole "luxury" talk. Building houses is mostly about making sure the materials are good and the walls are straight. We have a small group of people in the office who handle the accounts and the legal side of things. It gets pretty hectic near the end of the month when bills are due. Raj Nagar is a good base for us because we can get to our sites pretty quickly. We aren’t the type to have a fancy reception desk with someone greeting you. Usually, you just walk in and one of us will look up from a desk. We just do the work that needs doing. Sometimes things get delayed because of the rain or other stuff, but we just keep pushing through. It’s a regular business run by regular people who know a bit about construction and the local land. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to get these buildings finished properly and on time. That is basically us.
