Our office for Navayuga Engineering Company Ltd is located in Noida, which is a big hub for all kinds of construction and development these days. It’s a pretty busy area with wide roads and lots of tall buildings going up everywhere you look. We aren’t in one of those shiny glass towers, though. Our space is more practical, built for getting work done rather than looking fancy. We spend a lot of our time coordinating between different site teams and the main headquarters. The office is usually full of maps, site photos, and rolls of blueprints that seem to take over every flat surface. Because it's Noida, there’s always a bit of dust and noise from the ongoing construction nearby, but that’s just the environment we work in. We have a mix of experienced engineers and some younger guys who are just starting out. Lunchtimes are usually spent at the local stalls nearby or sitting in the office talking about how the various projects are progressing. It’s a straightforward environment. We don't have a marketing team or anyone to make us look corporate; we just focus on the structural and civil engineering tasks that come our way. The traffic in Noida can be a pain, so we’re used to people arriving a bit late or staying late to miss the rush. It’s a solid place to work where the focus is purely on the engineering projects we have on our plate. We keep the paperwork moving and the sites running as best as we can every day.
