Natural Home Developers Pvt Ltd is located over in Sector 51 Hoshiyarpur. We have been working out of this spot for a while now. The office isn't anything fancy, just a desk, some chairs, and a lot of folders stacked up on the shelves. Most days, we get in around nine and start going through the listings. People from the neighborhood stop by to ask about plots or flats that might be opening up nearby. It can get a little noisy when the traffic picks up outside in Hoshiyarpur, but we don't mind it much. Sometimes the tea guy comes by twice a day, and that’s when we usually take a break to talk about the local news. We handle a lot of the paperwork for people who are trying to figure out where they want to live next. It is mostly just us sitting here, making calls, and checking on construction progress when we have to go out. The walls are painted a simple off-white, and there is a calendar from last year still hanging by the door. We try to keep things straightforward. If someone walks in, we just tell them what is available without making a big fuss about it. Sector 51 is a decent area to be in, and being right here makes it easier for us to see what is happening on the ground every day. We just do our work and go home.
