About National Welding Works – Metals & Minerals in Noida
The workshop is at D-179 in Sector-10, and if you come by, you’ll probably hear us before you see us. There is always the sound of metal hitting metal or the hum of the machines running. It’s a typical industrial spot. The floor is usually covered in scrap pieces and dust, no matter how much we try to sweep it out at the end of the shift. We’ve got our tools spread out across the benches and heavy gear sitting in the corners. It’s not a clean environment, but that’s the nature of welding and repair work. The air smells like burnt metal and grease most of the time. We don't have an office staff or a fancy reception area. If someone needs something, they just walk into the shop and talk to whoever isn't wearing a mask at the moment. Sector-10 is full of places like ours, so there’s a lot of coming and going of trucks and workers. It gets pretty hot inside during the summer, especially with the torches going, so we keep the big doors wide open. We’ve been at this D-179 location for years and the building has seen better days, but it holds up. We just focus on the projects in front of us and try to get them out the door on time. It’s hard work, but it’s what we know how to do. There isn't much to it beyond that daily routine of sparks and steel.
