National Motor Agency

Located on the Dadri Noida Road in G B Nagar, National Motor Agency has been a fixture for a long time. The road is always busy with commuters and heavy trucks, so there is plenty of dust and noise. We deal with vehicles every single day. It’s greasy work, and our clothes usually show it by lunchtime. The floor is stained with oil, and there are tools scattered across the benches. We don't have a shiny showroom with bright lights. It's more of a practical workspace where the focus is on the engines and the parts. People bring their bikes or cars when something starts making a weird noise. We listen to the sound, open the hood, and try to figure out what’s wrong. Sometimes it’s a quick fix, other times we have to wait for a part to arrive from the city. We have a small area with a couple of plastic chairs where people can sit and wait. Usually, they just stand around and watch us work. We talk about the road conditions and how the traffic is getting worse lately. It’s a straightforward life here. We open early to catch people before they go to work and often stay late to finish up a job. It’s just how we do things on the Dadri road. No fancy talk, just fixing what’s broken and moving on to the next one on the list.
