Multipack Laminates Pvt. Ltd. is based at D-188 in Sector-63. This part of the sector is almost all industrial buildings, so there is always a lot of noise and heavy trucks moving through the streets. We work with laminates and various packaging materials. Inside our facility, it is usually quite loud because the machines are running all day long. We have a decent setup for what we do, although it always looks a bit messy with scraps and big rolls of material lying around the floor. We do not spend any time trying to make the office part look fancy. Most of the time we are out on the shop floor making sure the machine runs are going the way they should. It is a lot of watching the equipment and checking the settings. Sometimes things get jammed up and we have to spend an hour or two getting it all fixed. That is just the way it goes in this line of work. The team here is a good mix of older guys who have been here forever and some younger people just starting out. We all get along well enough and we do our jobs. We do not have any big speeches or corporate slogans. We just try to get the orders packed up and onto the trucks on time. The summer heat gets bad in the warehouse, but we have some big fans that help a little.
