We’re over in Dehradun, specifically at Saket Colony in Azabpur Kala. The office is actually in House Number 100, which belongs to Lalit Bhatt. Vijendra Singh Negi is the one you’ll usually find here. It’s a bit of a different setup since we are operating out of a residential area. It makes things feel a lot more personal and relaxed compared to a big office tower. We work for Jaiprakash Associates, handling the local requirements in this part of Uttarakhand. The mountains are nearby, and the weather is usually nicer than down in the plains, though it gets cold in the winter. We spend our time coordinating with different sites and making sure everyone has what they need. It’s a lot of logistics and phone calls. Sometimes neighbors stop by just to say hello, which is nice. We aren't here to impress anyone with fancy furniture. We have our desks, our files, and our computers, and that’s about it. It’s a practical way to run things. We focus on the day-to-day work and making sure the projects in the region stay on track. It’s a quiet street for the most part, which helps when we need to concentrate. We just keep our heads down and do the job as best as we can. There is a lot of paperwork to get through every week, but we stay on top of it. It’s a steady pace for us throughout the year.
