We are located at D-2/144 in Sultan Puri, right here in New Delhi. This office is where we handle the daily grind of our contracting business. It’s not a fancy place by any means, just some desks and files tucked away where we can manage the paperwork. Most of our time isn't actually spent here though. We are usually out at different sites across the city, making sure the work is actually getting done. Construction is a messy business and there are always problems to solve, like a delivery being late or the weather not playing along. We’ve been doing this for a long time and we’ve seen it all. We don't have a big marketing department or anyone to write fancy speeches for us. It’s just a few of us trying to keep the projects moving forward. We take on various contracts and do our best to finish them without too much trouble. Some days are really long and the phone just doesn't stop ringing with questions from the site or the suppliers. We aren't trying to be some massive company that loses touch with the actual work. We like being on the ground and seeing things get built. Being in Sultan Puri means we are close to the people we work with. It’s a practical setup for a practical job. We just keep our heads down and get the work done, one day at a time, until the project is finished.
