Motherson Climate Systems Ltd.

Our facility is located at A-79 in Sector-2. It is a pretty standard industrial area, and our building fits right in with all the other ones on the street. We work on climate systems, which mostly means we spend our hours thinking about how to keep things at the right temperature in different machines or spaces. The building itself is large and built for function rather than looks. It is a place for assembling parts and moving them onto trucks. Most of us here wear our work clothes and follow a regular schedule with shift changes and timed breaks. You get used to the steady hum of the equipment after you have been here a few weeks. It just becomes background noise while you work. We have a small room where we sit to eat our tiffins and talk about the news or what our kids are doing at school. There are always a lot of metal components and plastic bits sitting around the floor in various stages of being put together. We try to keep the lines running as smooth as we can, but sometimes a machine will act up or a delivery will be late, and we just have to figure it out as we go. It is just regular work for regular people. We do not go in for big speeches. We just want to get the day's work done.
