Located at C-1, A&B in Sector-I, our facility is pretty much what you’d expect from an industrial block. The gates are heavy, and there's usually a bit of a wait if a truck is backing in. We’ve been operating out of this spot for years, and the walls have that worn-in look that comes with constant work. Inside, it's a mix of different sounds—clanking metal, the hum of the ventilation, and people shouting over the noise to get things heard. We handle a lot of auto parts here, so there’s always a faint smell of grease or cut metal in the air. It’s not the kind of place where you’d wear a suit; most of us are in sturdy shoes and clothes that we don't mind getting a bit dirty. The breaks are short, usually spent sitting on the benches near the water cooler. We don't really have a fancy lounge or anything. There’s a lot of focus on the floor, watching the machines and making sure nothing gets jammed up. In the summer, the tin roof makes it quite warm, but we’ve got big industrial fans that help a bit. The surrounding area is all similar factories, so it’s just a long line of grey buildings and delivery vans. We just come in, do what needs doing on the production line, and head home when the bell rings. It's a straightforward operation without any unnecessary fluff. Sometimes the gate squeaks when it opens, and we keep meaning to oil it, but we never quite get around to it.
